Room Rates and Reservations
To ensure a pleasurable stay at SeaPark Crew House we post our rates and rental policies here. We make every attempt to be reasonable human beings and charge modest prices for our services. If you have questions we are happy to provide answers. Departure requires 48 hours notice.
PLEASE NOTE: No discounts are available during the 2 weeks before and the 2 weeks after the annual International Boat Show, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Accommodations
Private Rooms are equipped with double beds, suitable for one couple. Please note that we are not set up for single night stays. SeaPark operates on a weekly fee basis, however, we are happy to recommend several excellent facilities that offer daily rates.
Couples Weekly Rates
Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $325.00 per week.
Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $355.00 per week.
Couples Long-Term Rates
On your fifth week we give a one-time $75.00 discount per person.
Each week thereafter, the fee for a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $295 per week.
Each week thereafter, the price for a Private Room with a Private Bath is $325 per week.
Single Person Weekly Rates
Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $275.00 per week.
Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $305.00 per week.
Single Person Long-Term Rates
On your fifth week we give a one-time $75.00 discount.
Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $260.00 per week.
Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Private Bath is $290.00 per week.
Once you apply the fifth week discount that reduces the average price for the entire stay. The fee structure is a added benefit for long-term guests, keeps everyone honest and avoids unnecessary posturing.
Off-Season Rates
Off-season rates available from the first Sunday in April to the second Saturday in October.

Payment
All prices are in US Dollars cash.
All rates are weekly, which is Sunday through Saturday.
The following week’s rent is due Sunday morning.
In the event that you arrive mid-week we add the price of those few days to your next week’s rent; e.g. if you arrive on Thursday, we charge for Thursday, Friday and Saturday PLUS Sunday through Saturday of the first complete week.
Security Deposit
$100 cash security deposit is due upon arrival to cover lost keys, towels, and minor damage. Professional repair fees, due to damages caused by a guest’s mistreatment of the walls, doors, locks, equipment, furnishings of any kind, etc., above the $100 deposit, are the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests will be charged in-full to repair damage caused by their actions. Guest who are asked to vacate the premises will NOT have their security deposit returned.
Reservations
We take reservations using Pay-Pal. Please email us and we will send you a PayPal Invoice.
We apply the reservation fee to your first week’s rent. The reservation fee is non refundable if you fail to show.
A paid reservation is required to hold a room for all guests.
We always welcome guests without a reservation, if a room is available.
SeaPark Policies

• All guests must have a valid Passport and a STCW.

• Parking: 2 parking spaces are available.

• Guests must notify us, upon making a reservation, if they will have a motor vehicle.

• Guest vehicles MUST be parked in one of the two center parking spaces.

The eastern parking space are not for SeaPark Crew House parking. Parking fees may apply if demand for parking spaces exceeds limitations. Scooters and bicycles are easily accommodated. We have recently installed secure covered bicycle racks. Bring your own lock.

Terms for IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from PREMISES:

•Smoking of any substance, or use of candles with a live flame.

•Use or possession of illegal drugs and/or intoxication as determined per Florida DOT DUI.

•Additional unregistered overnight guests.
