Room Rates and Reservations

To ensure a pleasurable stay at SeaPark Crew House we post our rates and rental policies here. We make every attempt to be reasonable human beings and charge modest prices for our services. If you have questions we are happy to provide answers.

PLEASE NOTE: No discounts are available during the 2 weeks before and the 2 weeks after the annual International Boat Show, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Accommodations

Private Rooms are equipped with double beds, suitable for one couple. Please note that we are not set up for single night stays. SeaPark operates on a weekly fee basis.

Couples Weekly Rates

Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $360.00 per week.

Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $390.00 per week.

Guests paying by cash receive a $15.00 discount off the Weekly Rate.

Couples Long-Term Rates

On your fifth week we give a one-time $100.00 discount.

The fifth week discount is not applicable when off-season rates are in effect.

Each week thereafter, the fee for a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $330.00 per week.

Each week thereafter, the price for a Private Room with a Private Bath is $360.00 per week.

Guests paying by cash receive a $15.00 discount off the Weekly Rate.

Single Person Weekly Rates

Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $330.00 per week.

Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $360.00 per week.

Guests paying by cash receive a $15.00 discount off the Weekly Rate.

Single Person Long-Term Rates 

On your fifth week we give a one-time $75.00 discount. (adjusted during off-season)

The fifth week discount is not applicable when off-season rates are in effect.

Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $300.00 per week.

Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Private Bath is $330.00 per week.

Guests paying by cash receive a $15.00 discount off the Weekly Rate.

Once you apply the fifth week discount that reduces the average price for the entire stay. The fee structure is an added benefit for long-term guests, keeps everyone honest and avoids unnecessary posturing.

Departure requires 48 hours written notice. Any allowable refund will be calculated 48 hours after giving written notice of departure.

Additional Charges

Security Deposit of $215.00 due upon arrival. Guests paying by cash receive a $15 discount.

Vehicle parking $30.00 per week.

Off-Season Rates

Off-season rates available from the third Sunday in May to the second Saturday in September.

Payment

All prices are in US Dollars cash.

All rates are weekly.

Security Deposit

$215.00 cash security deposit is due upon arrival to cover lost keys, towels, and minor damage. Professional repair fees, due to damages caused by a guest’s mistreatment of the walls, doors, locks, equipment, furnishings of any kind, etc., above the $215.00 deposit, are the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests will be charged in-full to repair damage caused by their actions. Guests who are asked to vacate the premises will NOT have their security deposit returned.

Reservations

We take reservations using Pay-Pal. Please email us and we will send you a PayPal Invoice.

We apply the reservation fee to your first week’s rent. The reservation fee is non refundable if you fail to show.

A paid reservation is required to hold a room for all guests. 

We always welcome guests without a reservation, if a room is available.

SeaPark Policies

1. • All guests must have a valid Passport and a STCW.
   

2. • No person, whatsoever, may be on premises without the attendance of the registered guest.
   

3. • Parking: 2 parking spaces are available.
   

4. • Guests must notify us, upon making a reservation, if they will have a motor vehicle.
   

  Guest vehicles MUST be parked in one of the two westernmost parking spaces.

1. The eastern parking spaces are not for SeaPark Crew House parking. Parking fees may apply if demand for parking spaces exceeds limitations. Scooters and bicycles are easily accommodated. We have secure covered bicycle racks. Bring your own lock.
   

2. • Professionalism and courtesy are requirements in all areas of the crew house.
   

3. • We reserve the right to change room rates at any time.
   

4. • If Guest(s) decide/request to move to another room Guest(s) will be charged a cleaning fee to move
   

   to the new room.

1. • Guest will CLOSE ALL doors and windows while the A/C is in ON/Auto Mode position.
   

2. • Guest will not share door or any other code with anyone as it is a security breach.
   

3. • Guest understands that interior furniture may not be moved outside of apartment, or rearranged
   

   within apartment.

1. • All food must be prepared and consumed in kitchen/dining area, not in bedrooms.
   

2. • Outdoor barbecuing/cooking is NOT available.
   

3. • Shoes: street shoes must not be worn in the house, and can be left on the mat inside the front door.
   

4. • Guest will take care of all trash on Monday and Thursday evening and recycling on Thursday evening.
   

5. • Guest acknowledges that in order to maintain a shared living environment that maintenance/
   

   cleaning personnel may enter the property without the Guest's consent or presence.

Terms for IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from PREMISES and Forfeiture of Rent and Security Deposit:

1. • INTOXICATION due to drugs, alcohol or any other substance.
   

2. • SMOKING of any substance, or use of candles with a live flame.
   

3. • ADDITIONAL unregistered overnight guest.
   

4. • DAMAGE to the exterior, interior or contents of the dwelling.
